Welcome to Golden Horde Farm & Camping, we are pleased to offer a range of activities designed to enhance your experience with us. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before participating in any activities.
General Conditions
- Booking and Participation: All activities must be booked in advance through our official platform. Participation in any activity is subject to availability and may require a minimum number of participants.
- Safety and Instructions: Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by Golden Horde Farm & Camping staff. Failure to follow safety instructions may result in termination of participation without a refund.
- Liability Waiver: By participating in activities, guests agree to release Golden Horde Farm & Camping and its employees from liability for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during participation, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct by Golden Horde Farm & Camping.
Specific Activities
- Cuddle Time with Baby Goats: Participants must handle all animals gently and follow specific instructions from staff. Suitable for all ages; children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Archery Class: Participants must be at least 12 years old. All equipment will be provided, and safety gear must be worn at all times.
- Agriculture Workshop and Tours: Suitable for all ages. Participants should wear appropriate clothing and footwear for farm activities.
- Painting Class: Materials will be provided. Participants are responsible for the cleanliness of their work area.
- Wedding and Birthday Party Planning: Services include planning and coordination only. All external vendors must comply with Golden Horde Farm & Camping’s policies and agreements.
- Goat Yoga: No prior yoga experience is necessary. Participants should bring their own yoga mats.
- Guided Nature Hike with Packing Goats: Hikes are subject to weather conditions and may be rescheduled or canceled for safety reasons.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations made by guests less than 24 hours before the scheduled activity time may not be eligible for a refund.
- Golden Horde Farm & Camping reserves the right to cancel activities due to unforeseen circumstances or safety concerns. Full refunds or alternative bookings will be offered.
Privacy Policy
- Personal information collected during the booking process will be used for the administration of activities and will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent.
Amendments
- Golden Horde Farm & Camping reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The most current version will always be posted on our website.
