Assumption of Risk: By choosing to stay at our glamping site, guests acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with outdoor and agricultural activities, including but not limited to exposure to natural elements, interaction with wildlife, and participation in farm or recreational activities such as hiking and archery. Guests assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which might occur as a result of their stay.

Safety and Conduct: Guests are expected to adhere to all safety guidelines and instructions provided by Golden Horde Farm & Camping staff. It is the guest’s responsibility to supervise children at all times and ensure their safety and appropriate behavior towards animals, plants, and other guests.

Liability Limitation: Golden Horde Farm & Camping, its owners, employees, and affiliates, shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, damage, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, and lost profits, arising out of or in connection with your stay, the use of our facilities, or participation in activities.

Property Damage: Guests will be held responsible for any damage or loss to the glamping site property caused by themselves, their party, or their guests. A detailed inspection of the accommodation will be conducted before and after the stay.

Cancellation and Refunds: Please refer to our cancellation policy for information regarding booking cancellations and refunds.

Photography and Media: Golden Horde Farm & Camping reserves the right to take photographs and video recordings of the site for marketing and promotional purposes. Personal photography is allowed; however, commercial use of these photos must receive prior written consent from Golden Horde Farm & Camping.

Agreement to Terms: By booking a stay at Golden Horde Farm & Camping, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this disclaimer and waive any right against Golden Horde Farm & Camping and its affiliates.
